Story
Shiuli is the night jasmine — a small white flower with an orange heart, that blooms in the dark and falls at first light. We gave the name to this saree for the little embroidered blooms scattered across it, each one orange-hearted, just so.

White blooms, scattered on a peach morning.
Some sarees are plain and some are loud. This one is neither — it's a soft peach, quiet as early light, with a scatter of small white flowers that give you something to look at up close.
Shiuli is a mulmul cotton — the finest, lightest kind, matte and fluid, the sort of cloth that drapes like water and feels like almost nothing through a long day. The little flowers are embroidered, each with a tiny orange heart, small and spaced across the body and denser toward the pallu. A fine gold-toned border runs the edge, and soft tassels finish the fall.
It's the everyday cotton that doesn't feel plain: fresh enough for a working morning, pretty enough for an evening, on nothing more than a change of jewellery.
