How you can pay

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net-banking, and wallets through Shopify's secure payment system. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials — payment happens on the payment provider's own secure page.

Why we are prepaid

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. This is not a trust shortcut — it is how made-to-order works: your payment is what starts the making of your saree. Nothing here is stock waiting in a warehouse; every order sets a saree in motion. If paying a new store upfront gives you pause, and it should — you're right to check — message the founder on WhatsApp first, ask anything, and ask for real photos of the saree before you pay.

If a payment fails

If money leaves your account but the order doesn't confirm, don't panic — failed payments auto-reverse to your account within 5–7 business days as per your bank. Send us a screenshot on WhatsApp and we will chase the payment gateway for you; you won't be doing it alone.

Pricing honesty

Every price is inclusive of taxes, with free shipping across India — the number on the page is the whole number. When you see a struck-through regular price next to a sale price, that regular price is a price the saree genuinely sells at — we do not invent higher prices to make discounts look bigger.

• First order: ₹300 off. Use code WELOCME300 at checkout on your first order. One use per customer; not combinable with other discounts.
• Sale of the Day: one saree, each day, at a genuine discount against its regular price. When it goes back to regular price, that day's sale is over. Sale sarees keep full damage-and-defect protection; the change-of-mind exchange does not apply to sale purchases.
