A soft lilac mul-cotton saree, worked all over in fine white embroidery — little flowers scattered across the body and a wide worked border down the pallu and lower skirt — finished with a scalloped white crochet-lace edge and lilac-and-white tassels at the pallu end. The cotton is soft and just sheer enough to catch the light; the white work and the lace do everything.
Quiet, pretty and easy to carry — soft enough for an ordinary day and finished enough for more. Pair it with silver and keep the rest simple. This is a saree only — it does not come with a blouse piece.
