Nabha is the open sky. We gave the name to this saree for its ground — a clear, bright sky-blue — and then scattered it, not with clouds, but with big white daisies.

Nabha is a bright sky-blue mulmul cotton — the finest, lightest kind, matte and fluid, the sort of cloth that drapes like water and feels like almost nothing through a long day. Across it runs a big, bold daisy print: oversized white blooms with sunny yellow centres, scattered like a field seen from above. Playful blue-and-white tassels finish the pallu.
