Story
Chikankari, in a colour.
Firoza is the old word for turquoise — the blue-green of the stone. We gave it to this kurta for its colour, a deep sea-green you rarely see chikankari worn in, and then let the embroidery echo the cloth instead of contrasting it.

Chikankari is almost always white on white. Firoza wears it in a colour.
It's a pure viscose georgette — butter-soft, fine and fluid, with a gentle crepe. Across the yoke, down the body and at the cuffs runs fine ghaspatti chikankari, leaf-and-vine stitches worked in the same sea-green as the cloth. Tone on tone, so the craft reads as quiet texture rather than contrast — something you feel in the hand and catch in the light.
Because the georgette is semi-sheer, it comes with a soft mul-cotton inner that feels like a second skin — so it's ready to wear, and easy, straight out of the box.
Straight-cut and ankle-length, it wears as simply on an ordinary day as it does dressed up for a soft evening.
