What we collect, and why
When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, and email — because a saree cannot reach you without them. When you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and messages — because that is how a conversation works. Our website uses standard Shopify analytics cookies so we can see how the store is used.
What we never collect
We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. Payment happens entirely on the secure payment provider's systems.
What we do with your information
- Fulfil your order — including sharing your name, address, and phone number with the courier, because they have to deliver it.
- Message you about your order — confirmation, making updates, dispatch, and tracking.
- Message you about new sarees or offers only if you have joined our list — and every such message lets you opt out.
What we never do
We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share it with anyone except the services needed to run the store — Shopify, the payment provider, the courier. We do not spam.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — we keep only what tax and accounting law requires us to keep.
